Comcast Employee Broadcast Series

The Comcast Central Division introduced "COE Fast Break Series", a quarterly video project created for the Center of Excellence groups of the Central Division. This series showcased business updates, employee benefits, and promoted overall employee engagement in a fully virtual environment, providing valuable information and fostering communication within the organization. I was the creative director for this project and helped outline the video segments and content. I helped lead a team of other creatives who contributed as hosts and video editors to bring the series to life. The series was my idea of being able to align company initiatives with employee engagement incentives and proved to be a great means of communications and promotion for things like NPS, employee benefits, and major events.

The Loop Series was a two-year ongoing video project aimed at providing monthly departmental updates to benefit employees and promote company initiatives. It began during the COVID19 pandemic, offering a means for employees to see each other in an all-new virtual environment and covering topics including NPS updates, pop culture, media highlights, and business updates. The project had proven to be an effective way to keep employees connected and informed, especially during such a challenging time.
